MKSP has all the perks of a semi-private facility while cultivating community. Whether you are looking for specific results or to maintain a healthy lifestyle IDT is for you. Included are monthly Inbody scans, and free access to all Group Classes.

Welcome to your perfect lunch break workout. During this 30 minute class, we do a series of intense cross-training moves centered around improving total body strength.

Mom Strong

Monday - Friday
9:00am - 9:50am

A 50 minute small group designed with women in mind that combines community and accountability. We work on total body strength, endurance, while maintaining coordination, mobility, and balance. Free access to all MK Group classes.
