Our Team

All of our performance specialists are certified, which means they’ve been trained in anatomy, physiology, and nutrition. They are constantly striving for the most up to date aspects of performance training and are dedicated to BUILDING THE WHOLE ATHLETE, whether on the playing field or in the game of life. They understand that no two people are alike and will work with you to get the results you came to MKSP for.

Jeff See
Owner & Director of Performance.

Owner and Director of Maximum Kinetics Sports Performance (MKSP), Jeff has been in the human performance field for over 14 years while also expanding his impact in other avenues as a consultant, speaker, and mentor. Jeff was able to assist in the advancement of some of the top athletes in the NFL, MLB, MiLB, PGA, LPGA, Olympic teams and numerous D1 athletes. Following these opportunities, Jeff spent a season with the Houston Astros Strength and Conditioning staff as a MiLB S&C Coach. During his season with the Lancaster JetHawks, Jeff’s team went on to win the Advanced A - California League Championship.  In 2013 and 2014, Jeff was with the Los Angeles Dodgers Strength and Conditioning staff, where in 2014 he was named the MiLB Double A - Southern League Strength and Conditioning Coach of the Year.

Victoria Canter

Lead Youth Athlete Performance Specialist

Victoria attended McNeese State University where she obtained a degree in Health and Human Performance. While at McNeese she competed on the track team. After graduating she left to further her education at EXOS where she learned from high level Performance Specialist and worked with Pro and Elite athletes. From there she became the Assistant Performance Specialist at Second Baptist School in Texas. She worked with athletes from 6th grade all the way up to 12th. “ I am excited to be here at MKSP, the leading athlete performance facility in SWLA. I am ready to help improve the athlete experience and help each athlete get better every day!

Dr. Colin Laughlin, PT, DPT

Owner of Bonus PT, Colin is a Sulphur, LA native who brings a wealth of experience in orthopedic physical therapy, having graduated with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from LSU School of Allied Health in 2021. With a background in Exercise Science from McNeese State University, Colin is dedicated to optimizing movement, preventing injury, and empowering individuals of all ages and backgrounds to reclaim their lives.Colin brings a passion for enhancing the quality of life through exercise and community engagement. We are thrilled to be able to provide our clients with all the advantages of having a Physical Therapist work alongside our team of performance specialists.

Jessika See

Co- Owner, GM and Creative Director

Jessika comes from a background in Television as well as Major League Baseball. She has used her skills from years of being a social media influencer and working with national brands to curate MKSP’s brand. She also plays a key role in creating a sense of community within our Adult Fitness side, while running daily facility operations along side her husband Jeff. They share two kids Rafe and Camden See who you may see running around when you stop in!

Kyla Royals

Intern, Performance Specialist and Osteoporosis Specialist.

Kyla has come to us all the way from Wildwood, Florida. She is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and MedFit Osteoporosis Specialist.

She currently has an Associate's degree in Exercise Science and is studying Kinesiology at The University of North Dakota with a minor in Coaching. Kyla is a former track and field athlete and powerlifter.🏋️ She is excited to work on becoming CSCS certified and bring her tools to the people of SWLA!

Cole Laughlin

Performance Specialist

Cole is currently studying Health & Human Performance at Mcneese State University with a concentration in sports and wellness management as well as working on getting his CSCS. Cole is a former MKSP athlete who trained with us through out high school where he was a multi-sport athlete in track and football. “I loved it so much I decided I wanted to work here!
