Elite
Elite Professionals
Sustain a productive career with our programs, designed to help athletes get faster, stronger, and quicker while reducing the risk of injury. Our elite professional training programs provide individualized training based on personal goals and sport-specific demands. This type of training improves functional movement to support the physical demands of life and sport. Aspects of elite training consists of improving weaknesses, decreasing injury risk, and building strength and power.
Elite College
Our elite college training programs provides individual training as well as team training based on in-season and off-season needs. Our sport performance training improves functional movement to support the physical demands of life and sport on the college level. Aspects of elite training consists of improving weaknesses, decreasing injury risk, and building strength and power.
Youth
Level 1 Athlete
(8-10 years old)

Elementary school athletes focus on functional movement skills, neural pathway development, physical literacy and mastering technique to lay the foundation for future athletic enhancement. Training sessions are 60 minutes and emphasize speed, coordination, flexibility and movement skills.
Level 2 Athlete
(11-13 years old)

A middle school athlete is naturally increasing in height, weight, strength, and competitiveness. The need for improving joint and muscle integrity is vital for reducing the chance of injury. Our training focuses on movement techniques with increased force production, balance and coordination drills, along with proper running and lifting form which all lead to long term potential for our middle school athletes.
Athletes progress to weight-bearing exercises specific to their transition though their growth spurt. Training ensures the development of athletic ability without increasing the likelihood of injury. Loads and intensities are dependent on maturation with exercises that focus on strength, power and speed development.
Level 3 Athlete
(14-18 years old)

During the high school years, our goal is to help our athletes focus on repeated application of athleticism that create mastery. Whether in-season or out, a consistent strength and conditioning program is important to advance athletically, reduce injury-risk, and provides our athletes an advantage in competition.
“Whole Athlete” includes a 75 min group session that is designed to prepare them for the rigors of high school athletics and beyond. Exercises increase in complexity and focus on improving strength, speed, agility and power.
