At MKSP, we believe in order to improve overall athleticism and build a lasting love for physical activity all begins with a solid foundation.

SPEED & AGILITY TRAINING:
This is a 45-minute workout based around improving techniques that will boost speed and agility and ultimately performance on all levels.
A well rounded athlete is THE GOAL! We strive to have our youth athletes able to move effectively and efficiently on the field or court. By focusing on a global approach ACCELERATION/DECELERATION-CHANGE OF DIRECTION-LATERAL QUICKNESS and not a sport specific approach, our athletes will continually build on a solid skill set that will make them a more capable player at any sport!
WHOLE ATHLETE TRAINING:
"Whole Athlete" training is speed & agility training followed by a personalized strength training program. It also includes a baseline performance assessment and evaluations to measure progress every 6 weeks.
Long term athletic development has to be the mindset for a growing young athlete! This program will bring together all the tools necessary to BUILD THE WHOLE ATHLETE. Stacking our speed & agility methods along with our foundational stability/strength system into one session offers the greatest return on investment. Working to enhance a highly integrated performance program with your youth athlete will only increase their potential for years to come!
CURRENT WEEKLY SCHEDULE:
MIDDLE SCHOOL PREP (8-10 YEARS OLD): TUESDAY, THURSDAY 3-4:30PM
HIGH SCHOOL PREP (11-13 YEARS OLD): MONDAY, WEDNESDAY, THURSDAY 3-4:30PM
COLLEGE PREP (14-18 YEARS OLD): MONDAY, WEDNESDAY, THURSDAY 2:00-3:30PM
*SPEED & AGILITY WILL BE THE FIRST 45 MINUTES OF EACH WORKOUT
